You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Return Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, mesh pieces, or bodysuits.
If you receive a defective item, please email us at contactofreak.pe@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery.
The item must be unused and unwashed to qualify for review.
Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (excluding shipping).
